By visiting our website, booking a call, submitting a form, purchasing a service, participating in a program, joining a community, receiving communications from us, or otherwise engaging with Results By Cami, you agree to these Terms.

Results By Cami provides coaching, consulting, wellness education, bioenergetic assessment support, nervous system regulation support, limiting belief work, integration practices, family plans, and related services.
Our services are designed primarily for high-achieving women 40+ who are experiencing exhaustion, reduced clarity, overwhelm, stress, lack of resilience, non-restorative rest, or a sense that life feels harder than it should.
We may also provide services to families and individuals under the age of 18 through family plans or with appropriate parent or legal guardian involvement.
Services are provided in English and are offered primarily to clients in the United States, Australia, and Europe.
3. Nature of Services

4. Not Medical, Mental Health, or Emergency Services
Results By Cami does not provide medical care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, emergency care, crisis intervention, licensed nutrition therapy, or any other licensed healthcare service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and provided by a properly licensed professional.
Our services are for coaching, consulting, educational, personal development, and wellness support purposes only.
You understand and agree that:
Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency care.
You should consult a licensed physician, mental health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical, mental health, psychological, or health-related condition.
You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional care because of information received from Results By Cami.
Bioenergetic assessments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Results By Cami does not prescribe medication, recommend stopping medication, or advise you to ignore professional medical guidance.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a crisis resource in your location immediately.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Results By Cami is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized, high-quality coaching and consulting support. However, your results depend on many factors, including your participation, consistency, personal history, lifestyle, health status, willingness to implement practices, outside support, and individual circumstances.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
Increased energy
Improved sleep
Greater mental clarity
Reduced stress
Emotional relief
Improved resilience
Improved relationships
Business, career, or financial outcomes
Health improvements
Changes in symptoms or conditions
Personal transformation
Client stories, testimonials, examples, case studies, or marketing statements are illustrative only. They do not promise or guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
6. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, financial, relational, and personal well-being.
You agree to:
Make your own informed decisions.
Participate honestly and respectfully.
Seek licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice when needed.
Use personal judgment when applying information, suggestions, practices, or recommendations.
Notify us of any circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely.
Understand that coaching and consulting require active participation and personal responsibility.
Results By Cami may offer support, structure, education, and accountability, but you remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
7. Eligibility and Minors
Adults age 18 and older may use our services directly.
Results By Cami may also provide services to individuals under the age of 18 through family plans or with appropriate parent or legal guardian involvement.
If a client is under 18:
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
A parent or legal guardian must complete any required enrollment documents.
A parent or legal guardian accepts financial and legal responsibility for the minor’s participation.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to participate in sessions, planning, or communication as appropriate.
Results By Cami may decline, pause, or discontinue services if we determine that our services are not appropriate for the minor, family, or circumstances.
By enrolling a minor, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have the legal authority to do so and agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor.
8. Family Plans
Results By Cami may offer family plans or services involving more than one family member.
Family plan terms, including who may participate, how sessions are structured, whether individual or shared sessions are included, how communication is handled, and what information may be shared among family members, will be described in a separate client agreement, proposal, onboarding materials, or written communication.
Because family plans may involve personal or sensitive information, all participants agree to respect privacy, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries.
For minors, parent or legal guardian consent is required.
9. Fees, Payment, and Program Enrollment
Fees vary depending on the specific service, package, program, family plan, payment option, duration, and level of support purchased.
Current pricing, payment terms, installment options, due dates, late payment terms, refund policies, cancellation terms, and program duration will be described in a separate client agreement, invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written communication.
By purchasing services, you agree to pay all fees when due according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule. Payment plans are not subscriptions unless specifically described as such.
10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Pauses
Refund, cancellation, pause, and transfer terms may vary by service, package, program, family plan, or promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written client agreement, invoice, checkout page, or written policy, payments may be non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the coaching, consulting, assessment, planning, family support, and wellness services provided.
If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate access to services, calls, materials, or community spaces for non-payment.
11. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending calls, assessments, meetings, and sessions according to the process provided by Results By Cami.
If you need to reschedule, you agree to provide reasonable advance notice.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to schedule may result in forfeiture of that session unless otherwise stated in your client agreement or written policy.
Results By Cami may reschedule sessions when needed due to illness, emergencies, technology issues, travel, scheduling conflicts, or other reasonable circumstances.
12. SMS/Text Messaging
Results By Cami may use SMS/text messaging primarily to remind clients of appointment times, upcoming meetings, scheduling updates, meeting links, and service-related information.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communication, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Results By Cami.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at [email protected]. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting us by email.
We do not use SMS for emergencies, medical advice, crisis support, or highly sensitive personal information.
We are not responsible for delayed, failed, blocked, or undelivered SMS messages caused by carriers, devices, service providers, or technical issues.
The FCC has addressed consent and revocation rights for robocalls and robotexts under the TCPA, so your SMS consent language and opt-out handling should be kept clear and operational.
13. WhatsApp and International Messaging
For international clients, or where appropriate for client convenience, Results By Cami may use WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business for appointment reminders, meeting links, scheduling updates, and service-related logistics.
By providing your WhatsApp number, contacting us through WhatsApp, or consenting to WhatsApp communication, you agree to receive service-related WhatsApp messages from Results By Cami.
WhatsApp is a third-party platform owned by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices. WhatsApp Business Terms state that businesses are responsible for securing necessary rights, consents, and permissions, including opt-in where applicable.
Please do not send highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, emergency, or crisis-related information through WhatsApp.
You may opt out of WhatsApp communication at any time by replying STOP, asking us not to contact you through WhatsApp, or emailing [email protected].
We are not responsible for delayed, failed, blocked, or undelivered WhatsApp messages caused by WhatsApp, Meta, internet access, device settings, or other third-party systems.

If you participate in a private community, group program, online forum, messaging group, or shared client space, you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality regarding what others share.
Not harass, bully, shame, threaten, or discriminate against others.
Not share another participant’s personal information without permission.
Not solicit, promote unrelated services, or market to other participants without permission.
Not post false, harmful, abusive, unlawful, explicit, or inappropriate content.
Not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice to other participants unless you are appropriately licensed and authorized to do so.
Use discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, or terminate community access if needed to protect safety, privacy, confidentiality, or the integrity of the community.
16. Confidentiality
Results By Cami respects the confidentiality of information you share in coaching, consulting, assessments, calls, forms, and client communication.
However, coaching confidentiality is not the same as legally privileged medical, therapeutic, legal, or psychological confidentiality.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use materials provided to you for your own personal or family use, depending on your package or plan.

20. Recordings
Some calls, workshops, trainings, group sessions, or community events may be recorded for client access, educational purposes, internal training, or program delivery.
By participating in recorded sessions, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you do not want your image or voice recorded, you are responsible for notifying us in advance, turning off your camera, muting yourself, or choosing not to participate in recorded portions.
We will not intentionally share private one-on-one coaching call recordings publicly without your permission.
21. Testimonials, Feedback, and Reviews
If you provide a testimonial, review, comment, success story, feedback, or other statement about Results By Cami, you grant us permission to use it for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
